Track record

$6M → $13M

Before ZoomOut Social, our founder ran marketing for a specialty e-commerce brand and helped more than double annual revenue — from $6M to $13M. The lever was building demand the business owned instead of renting customers from other platforms. That is the same problem you have with the booking sites, and we run the same system to fix it.

What's included.

  • Property & destination content — reels and photo sets that sell the stay and the surrounding area, not just the square footage
  • Direct booking funnel — a landing page, offer, and ad path that gives guests a reason to book with you instead of the app
  • Meta & Instagram ads — geo and interest targeting aimed at the travelers who actually book your kind of property
  • Guest email list — post-stay sequences, seasonal offers, and repeat-guest campaigns you own outright
  • Seasonal & gap-filling campaigns — promotions timed to your shoulder season and open calendar dates
  • 3–5 posts per week — a property account that looks alive when a guest checks it before booking

The difference

Every booking through the app costs you money forever.

Platform fees run roughly 15–20% of each reservation, and the guest belongs to the platform, not to you. They never see your name again unless they search for it. A direct channel flips that: the first booking costs you an ad, and every booking after that is close to free because you have the guest's email. Hosts who build this stop competing on the same page as forty other listings.

FAQ

Good questions.

Do I need my own booking site for this to work?

It helps a lot, and it doesn't have to be expensive — Lodgify, Hostaway, and OwnerRez all handle direct bookings for a small monthly fee. If you don't have one yet, we'll build the funnel around what you do have and add the direct path as part of the first 60 days.

Won't Airbnb penalize me for driving direct bookings?

You can't send guests off-platform inside Airbnb's messaging, and we don't advise trying. What you can do is build your own audience through social, ads, and email that exists entirely outside the platform. That's completely allowed and it's how established hosts operate.

I only have one property. Is this worth it?

Sometimes not. A single unit with a healthy occupancy rate may not justify $3,000/month. This tends to make sense for hosts with several properties, a high nightly rate, or a distinctive property that's undersold. We'll tell you honestly on the call if the numbers don't work.

How long before I see direct bookings?

Ads and email can produce bookings inside 30–60 days because they reach people already planning a trip. Building an audience big enough to fill your calendar without ads takes longer — usually six months or more. Anyone quoting faster on the organic side is guessing.

Do you work with cabins, lodges, and unique stays?

Those are the best fit, honestly. Distinctive properties — treehouses, A-frames, ranch stays, waterfront cabins — have a real content advantage over a standard condo, and the marketing works much harder for them.

Where do you work?

Nationwide. We're based in Wimberley, Texas and everything runs remotely, so your market doesn't limit us.
