Track record

$6M → $13M

Before ZoomOut Social, our founder ran marketing for a specialty e-commerce brand and helped grow annual revenue from $6M to $13M — by building demand the business owned rather than renting it from other platforms. The channels differ here. The system doesn't.

What's included.

  • Atmosphere & treatment content — the space, the rituals, and the feeling people are actually paying for
  • New client acquisition — Meta and Instagram campaigns with an intro offer designed to convert into a second visit
  • Rebooking & membership flows — email and SMS sequences that turn a first appointment into a standing one
  • Package & gift card campaigns — holiday, seasonal, and occasion-driven promotions timed to your revenue calendar
  • Retail & product promotion — content that moves the products already sitting on your shelves
  • Monthly reporting — new clients, rebooking rate, and cost per acquisition — not likes

The difference

The second visit is where the money is.

Most spa marketing is built entirely around the first appointment: an intro offer, a discount, a new face. That's the expensive half. A client who rebooks is worth several times a client who doesn't, and rebooking is driven by systems — the follow-up message, the membership offer, the reminder at the right interval — not by hoping they liked it enough to call. We build both halves, and the second one is usually what's missing.

FAQ

Good questions.

Do you work with med spas as well as day spas?

Yes, with a caveat: med spas advertising injectables, lasers, or other medical treatments face real restrictions on Meta and stricter ad review. We work within those rules, which sometimes means the creative approach has to be less direct than a day spa's.

Can you make medical or results claims in ads?

We won't make claims your practice can't substantiate, and platform policy limits before-and-after imagery for many treatments. There's plenty that works inside those lines — consultations, experience, credentials, and client stories — and staying compliant keeps your ad account alive.

How do you handle booking software?

We drive traffic into whatever you already use — Mindbody, Boulevard, Vagaro, Zenoti — and build the email and SMS layer around it.

What if we're a small studio or solo practitioner?

Our monthly plans start at $3,000, which is often too much for a single-room operation. A one-time Growth Sprint at $1,500 may fit better — strategy, content system, and campaign setup you run yourself. We'll be straight with you about which makes sense.

How long until we see new clients?

Paid campaigns can fill appointments in the first 30–60 days. Rebooking improvements show up over a quarter as the flows compound. Organic audience growth is the slowest piece, usually three to six months before it contributes real bookings.

Do you work outside Texas?

Yes — nationwide and fully remote. We're based in Wimberley, Texas.
